Founded in 2005, IOC Company began with a single vision: to raise the standard for infrastructure construction in Texas. We’ve grown from that vision into one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the U.S., earning a place on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list. This growth is built on a foundation of trust, earned by being dependable, forward-thinking, and deeply rooted in our values on every project, from major TxDOT contracts to private commercial developments.
Safety
At IOC Company, L.L.C., our people are our greatest asset, and their safety is our top priority. Our Safety Program includes structured training, a formal accident-reporting system, and independent jobsite audits. We maintain monthly safety meetings and daily toolbox talks to reinforce best practices. All employees hold 10-hour OSHA certification, and supervisors complete 30-hour OSHA training. Every task begins with a hazard analysis to identify and eliminate risks. We believe every incident is preventable, with one goal: ZERO ACCIDENTS.
