Founded in 2005, IOC Company, L.L.C. is a heavy civil contractor with a history of top performance in various markets. We are best known for transportation infrastructure projects. We have built our reputation on our core values: integrity, honesty, and dedication to providing superior quality to our clients. IOC Company, L.L.C. has successfully completed projects ranging from small site developments to multimillion dollar road infrastructure projects. IOC Company, L.L.C. develops and perfects each project's individual critical path in order to carefully manage every aspect of the project and avoid potential conflicts. Using the latest technology in the industry has led IOC Company, L.L.C. to produce high quality projects in an efficient manner. IOC Company, L.L.C. also produces sand, gravel, flex base (caliche) and other construction materials.
 

Safety

At IOC Company, L.L.C. we consider our workforce our biggest asset, so we have a total commitment to our employees’ safety. Our Safety Program includes formal safety trainings and a formal written system of reporting accidents. In addition, an outside consultant is hired to conduct random inspections and audits at jobsites. Monthly safety meetings are held along with daily toolbox meetings at jobsites. All of IOC Company, L.L.C.'s employees are 10-hour OSHA certified and supervisors are 30-hour OSHA certified. Every employee is required to do a hazard analysis before starting any activity and trained to identify and correct unsafe conditions and practices. We believe every accident is preventable and our goal is to have ZERO ACCIDENTS.

Quality

IOC Company, L.L.C. goal is to produce a quality product that meets or exceeds the owner’s expectations. This includes performing a task correctly the first time. IOC Company, L.L.C. develops a Quality Control Plan for all of our projects and trains our team to execute the plan.

Productivity

IOC Company, L.L.C. recognizes that our customers want their projects built in a timely manner, so we developed a schedule for each project to determine its critical path. Our ability to execute this schedule is helped by the fact that we self perform the majority of the project’s work items. This allows for seamless transitions with the different work disciplines due to the ease of communication within the IOC Company, L.L.C. organization.
