Loma Blanca
Description
A state highway improvement project in the Loma Blanca area, focused on widening a two-lane rural road into a four-lane divided highway. This project includes comprehensive roadway construction, the building of new bridges and retaining walls, and the installation of new pavement marking and signing to enhance safety and traffic flow.
